The Woman Behind The Vision

Renesha Rogers

I’m Renesha Rogers — confidence coach, choreographer, and founder of Urban Seductress, a women’s empowerment brand I’ve built for 10 years. With 20+ years in dance and choreography, I blend movement and mindset to help women own rooms, mic moments, and major life moves. I’m an entrepreneur at heart: I create workshops, retreats, and content that make growth feel luxurious, intentional, and repeatable. My vibe is very girls’ girl — collaboration over competition, receipts over fluff, and confidence you can actually use in your career, relationships, and daily life. Beyond the spotlight, I develop programs for girls and women through community initiatives and partnerships. If you’re ready to step into your power with grace and a little spice, you’re in the right place.

RENESHA HAS BEEN FEATURED IN:

Hey Friend,

I’m 38. I’m a mother, a wife, a sister, and someone’s favorite group-chat friend. I’m also a woman who chose to bet on herself—again and again—because the whisper in my spirit got too loud to ignore.

If no one has told you lately: it’s not too late. Not to start, restart, pivot, or grow. Not to become the version of you that keeps tapping on your shoulder. I believe in late blooms, second drafts, and fresh seasons. I believe your softness is not a liability and your power is not “too much.” Both can live here.

I built Urban Seductress over the last decade and spent 20+ years in dance and choreography because movement saved me—first my body, then my voice. I’m not just a performer; I’m a real woman with bills, babies, big dreams, and days that don’t always go as planned. I teach what I live: movement + mindset, grace + pressure, presence you can carry into rooms, relationships, and your own mirror.

If my story feels like a mirror, come closer. In this community, we don’t shrink to fit—we expand to belong. We hold each other accountable and still leave room for laughter, lipstick, and a playlist that gets you back into your body. We celebrate the small wins and still reach for the big ones. We’re not chasing perfect; we’re practicing power.

So if you need a sign, consider this it. Pull up a chair. Take a breath. You’re right on time, and you don’t have to do it alone.

With open arms,
Renesha
